You can bridge a distance of up to 60 meters by using a Cat5e or Cat6 cable. A network cable fits easily through PVC pipes and a network signal is reliable, even at longer lengths which is not the case when using long HDMI cables.The maximum achievable resolution is 1920 x 1080.
