This Star Balance Board was designed for recreational use and rehabilitation. The hand-holds reduce tension in the arms and shoulders when doing stroke kicking as thumbs are positioned downwards. The Star Balance Board can be sat on for balance and for strengthening of the back. Made from durable closed cell foam. Latex Free. Size: 60 x 35.5x 2cm. We have 2 densities of foam in our Star Boards. The premium grade has a 50D rating and is firm to use, while the more economical grade has a 30D rating and is softer to use.
